Campaign Period

• Start: January 20th, 2026 at 00:00 (GMT)

• End: February 14th, 2026 at 23:59 (GMT)

All qualifying activity, content posting, and performance must occur strictly within this time window.

Late activity or late submissions will not be considered under any circumstances.

Eligibility

• Open only to approved Locked affiliates

• Affiliate must be in active contact with Locked via WhatsApp

• Locked reserves the right to disqualify any affiliate at any stage, including after the campaign ends, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Low-quality content

• Spam or repetitive posting behaviour

• Brand guideline violations

• Attempts to manipulate or exploit the campaign

Participation does not guarantee reward eligibility or payout.

Content Quality & Anti-Spam Policy

To protect brand integrity, content quality is mandatory

Locked retains sole and final discretion to determine whether any content qualifies toward campaign rewards. Posting frequency alone does not guarantee approval.

Content may be rejected if it is deemed, at Locked’s discretion, to be:

• Spammy, repetitive, or mass-produced

• Bare-minimum effort (e.g. slideshows, static images, rushed clips)

• Purely promotional or “bottom-of-funnel” spam

• Reposted or recycled content that significantly deviates from the creator’s typical posting style

• Over-reliant on trending audio without meaningful creative input

• Using other creators’ viral audio solely to force conversions

• Generating unusually low engagement relative to the affiliate’s normal performance

• Misleading, exaggerated, or non-compliant with advertising standards

• Damaging to the Locked brand image, positioning, or values

Locked may approve or reject individual posts, individual days, or entire submissions at its discretion.

Submission & Entry Requirements

1 quality video must be posted per day each day for the duration of the campaign period (Jan 20th - Feb14th)

Only GMV generated from videos posted within the campaign period (Jan 20th - Feb14th) will count toward the reward

To be considered for any cash bonus, affiliates must complete all of the following:

• Message Locked via WhatsApp, providing:

• Affiliate username

• Posting account username(s)

• Submit this confirmation within 48 hours of the campaign end

• Use only the official WhatsApp contact listed on the campaign page

Failure to submit correctly, completely, or on time will automatically void eligibility.

Review, Approval & Payment

• All rewards are subject to manual review

• Locked reserves the right to:

• Approve, partially approve, or deny any reward

• Withhold bonuses pending clarification or further review

• Decline rewards for quality, compliance, or brand-related concerns

Payment timing, method, and eligibility are determined solely by Locked.

All decisions are final and binding.
